  Ensure the products are in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the parcel to prevent damage during transit.

  Post Your Parcel

  Send your return via a tracked service to the Planet Blue Store at Portman Road; we recommend keeping your proof of postage until the return is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 working days.
